 Nexter présent sur le salon Milipol 2017

 Villepinte, le 20 novembre 2017 Nexter, une société du Groupe KNDS, sera présent au 20 ème  salon de la sécurité intérieure des Etats qui se tiendra au parc des expositions Paris-Nord Villepinte du 21 au 24 novembre. Unique systémier intégrateur français de la défense terrestre, Nexter s’appuie sur ses savoir-faire et sa capacité à innover pour proposer des solutions répondant aux justes besoins des forces de sécurité françaises et internationales.

Le TITUS®, véhicule polyvalent 6x6, fer de lance de l’offre et concentré des compétences du groupe Nexter dans le domaine de la sécurité, sera exposé sur le stand en version Sécurité Intérieure. Capable d’embarquer jusqu’à 13 personnels équipés, le TITUS® assure un large spectre de missions ; du contre-terrorisme à la contre insurrection, en passant par le maintien de la paix ou la surveillance des frontières grâce notamment à ses protections contre les menaces balistiques et NRBC et les engins explosifs improvisés (EEI). Nexter travaille en étroite collaboration avec le RAID pour adapter le TITUS® aux exigences de cette troupe d’élite, aussi bien pour une utilisation en véhicule d’intervention ou comme véhicule poste de commandement. En cours d’évaluation par le RAID, le TITUS® a été déployé dans le cadre d’évènements d’envergure, comme la sécurisation de la COP 21, et est régulièrement utilisé en opérations de lutte anti-terroriste ou contre le grand banditisme.

Nexter présentera également la solution FINDMP® couplée avec un outil de reconstruction de bâtiment immersif (ORBI). L’objectif est d’aider les forces d’intervention à investir un bâtiment reconstruit en 3D à partir de photos ou de renseignements en 2D. Grâce au logiciel de visualisation immersif conçu par Nexter Training, les forces d’intervention peuvent étudier les franchissements de porte, le positionnement des tireurs amis, et préparer au mieux leur mission.

Les filiales équipementières du Groupe Nexter seront également présentes sur le salon Milipol : Nexter Robotics exposera sa gamme de robots Nerva® ; NBC-Sys mettra en avant son savoir-faire en termes de Traitement des risques NRBC majeurs ; Nexter Electronics présentera ses solutions en matière d’énergies du futur à travers TEYA et Optsys démontrera l’efficacité de ses systèmes de vision protégée à travers le Viper Security.

First parade on the Champs-Elysées for the Army’s future connected armored vehicle

 

VBMR 070717Versailles, July 17, 2017 – Nexter, RENAULT TRUCKS Defense and Thales are proud to have contributed to the success of the July 14th parade on the Champs-Elysées with the presence of a Multirole Armored Vehicle (VBMR) in a dynamic demonstration in front of the Presidential grandstands.

The VBMR will succeed the VAB, manufactured in the 70s and 80s and used intensively by the French Army in all its theatres of operation in the last thirty years.

The VBMR will be an info-enhanced vehicle interconnected in real time to other vehicles thus providing new operational capability, collaborative combat.

Nexter, the leading French land defense manufacturer will be exhibiting its know-how in the air force sector during the
Paris Air Show 2017

Versailles, 16 June 2017 – Nexter, part of the KNDS Group and the only French land defense system manufacturer and integrator, will present a large part of its know-how at the 52nd Paris Air Show from the 19th to the 25th of June 2017 at Le Bourget.

Nexter, as a land defense specialist, will exhibit its latest armored and artillery systems, VBCI and Caesar®, designed and produced for both French and foreign land forces. The SCORPION program will also be presented on the stand with the future army vehicles and equipment, Jaguar and Griffon, developed with its partners Renault Trucks Defense and Thales, as well as the modernized version of the LECLERC tank with, in particular, the integration of vetronics and improved protection. The French army Caesar® 6x6 will be on display alongside the A400M transport aircraft on the Airbus stand, in order to illustrate its air portability; a real asset operationally.

In the aeronautical field, Nexter will exhibit its strategic know-how in the airborne gun, turret and ammunition sector. The 30mm gun range, which notably equips the Rafale and Mirage, and the THL30 turrets for the Tiger helicopter, THL20 for the Indian HAL-ALH helicopter, and SH20, a retractable, side-mounted 20mm cannon adopted by the French special forces, will be presented on the Nexter stand.

The 8x8 CAESAR® artillery system has been selected by Denmark
to equip the Danish land forces

 MG 2437Versailles, May 22, 2017 – Nexter, the leading French land defense systems manufacturer has been awarded a contract by the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) for the supply of 15 (plus 6 as an option) 8x8 CAESAR® artillery systems to the Danish Army.

The CAESAR® 155mm wheeled self-propelled howitzer has been constantly deployed by the French Forces in combat operations since its entry into service in 2009: in Lebanon, Afghanistan, Mali and currently in Iraq. The CAESAR® is recognized worldwide as striking the best balance between the simplicity of towed artillery and the mobility and survivability of a self-propelled system.

It provides customers with a highly flexible, deployable and affordable full spectrum solution for indirect fire support. Not only is the CAESAR® very accurate, it also has the lowest maintenance costs on the market for a mobile artillery system. Over 300 CAESAR® systems have already been ordered by 5 different countries.
