The Customer Assistance unit Branch system provides ongoing advice and expertise, while facilitating the tracking of spare part resupply flows.
We provide our customers with a COSS-based hotline platform. Requests are handled by Customer Support managers in accordance with contractual commitments. They rely on specialized resources to meet the following needs:
- Putting in contact with an expert
- Rapid on-site dispatch of technical assistance (diagnostics, training, etc.)
- Maintenance services provided at the customer site by qualified personnel
