A commitment to ongoing quality improvements

The Nexter quality and environment management system sets out the central guidelines governing the day-to-day work done by all our employees. This benchmark is sufficiently flexible and adjustable to allow each Group company to adapt the system to suit the specific requirements of its own business.

Annual reviews are conducted to identify areas for improvement internally and externally by measuring the practices observed against systematic reference values.

Continual improvement of actions and practices with the aim of delivering maximum customer satisfaction encourages the exchange of best practice, and the Annual Quality Awards introduced in 2001 reward those multidisciplinary teams that are most successful in putting these principles into action.

Satisfaction surveys are also conducted regularly amongst a broad range of customers to measure their satisfaction with our products and services and to take any corrective action required. This process is supplemented by analyzing quality feedback reports submitted to us by customers. This approach to quality illustrates the commitment of the Group to listening attentively to customers to respond as effectively as possible to their expectations before, during and after equipment delivery.
