MEDIUM CALIBRE WEAPON SYSTEM TEST CASE
MISSION
The GSU is used for keeping a gun nacelle in
Operating Condition and for testing electrical
functions and safety devices.
The GSU comprises four modules:
• 
a weapon simulation module to test firing
functions,
• 
a reset module to run a real rearmament
sequence,
• 
a test module for functions and connections
of the weapon-fastening bar,
• 
a test module for safety functions of the
Electronic Control Unit.
